Yes for everyday listening. In calls, results depend on how your headset behaves. See Bluetooth headphones.
SonicCloud processes the audio your PC plays. Check that the Processing light is green during the call, and see the Bluetooth page if you use a wireless headset.
Yes. Keep as many as you like and switch between them. See Profiles.
Yes. Create a separate profile for each way you listen. See Hearing aids and cochlear implants.
The online edition signs in with an account. The offline edition activates with a license key. Individuals use the online edition, and organizations can use either. See Online and offline editions.

Organizations
No. It works fully inside your network, including in physically isolated environments.
No. The license service does not contact SonicCloud or any outside service.
No. Seats count simultaneous use only.
Individuals subscribe monthly or annually on our website. Organizations create accounts on the enterprise sign-up page. See Account and subscription and Create accounts.
SonicCloud sends a new license file. An administrator imports it in the admin console, and users are not interrupted. See Renewal.
Its seat returns to the pool automatically after a short time. An administrator can release it sooner.
No. Licenses are issued by SonicCloud and cannot be edited.
