Renewal
Renew your SonicCloud license without interrupting users.
When your contract renews, SonicCloud sends a new license file. An administrator imports it, and people keep working. Nobody needs to restart SonicCloud.
Timeline

| After import | Confirm the new seat count and expiry date. |
Import the renewal
Sign in to the admin console.
Open Licenses and select Import License.
Choose the new .lic file and confirm the seat count and expiry date shown.
Importing is the only way to add or renew a license. Licenses are issued by SonicCloud and cannot be edited.
Expired licenses
If a license expires, SonicCloud shows License Expired and asks users to contact their administrator. Importing a current license restores access.
