Confirm every step before and after the rollout.
- Environment, database, DNS and certificates ready
- Keys and secrets generated and stored in a vault
- License server installed and

- Named administrator accounts created and the initial account disabled
- Database backup scheduled and a restore tested
- Installer tested on a pilot workstation
- Installer deployed to all target workstations
- Active seats visible in the admin console
