Confirm SC Key Server meets your needs before you roll out.
Test these
- Activate SonicCloud on a supported Windows workstation.
- Confirm SonicCloud works offline after activation.
- Confirm a new activation is declined when all seats are allocated.
- Replace a device and reassign its seat as an administrator.
- Reinstall the operating system and restore the installation.
- Check what happens when a key expires.
- Confirm the Windows audio services PlugPlay and Audiosrv work with the installer you received.
Agree before rollout
SonicCloud and your IT team should confirm:
- Supported SonicCloud version and Windows editions
- Activation connectivity
- Offline validity period
- Who approves device replacements
- Your acceptance criteria
Installer and license
Confirm with SonicCloud that you have a test installer and license for your release.
